Dealership AI Voice Benchmark: Publication Methodology

DigitalStacks will publish benchmark results only after a sufficient, permissioned dataset exists. This methodology is public in advance so future findings can be interpreted and audited.

Proposed inclusion and definitions

The report will state participating dealership types, markets, observation dates, eligible call rules, exclusions and system changes. Each metric will publish its numerator and denominator; appointment requests, confirmed appointments and shows will remain separate.

Privacy and aggregation

Customer and caller data will be removed or aggregated according to permission and applicable requirements. No dealership will be identifiable from a segment without written authorization. Small samples will be suppressed.

Limitations and corrections

The report will disclose unmatched outcomes, outages, seasonality and differences in operating practice. Findings will not claim causality without a suitable comparison. Material errors will be corrected on the stable report URL with a dated change note.
